Isn’t this thread a way of self-promoting your upcoming items? Would like to hear your opinions and why would you want to show your upcoming items anyway? Somebody can easily copy your idea or what you have shown and then just upload it before you get to upload yours.

Not all things shown in this thread are items for GR – some are personal items, client projects, and some are even waiting in the queue of GR, etc., etc. — but if someone were to steal your idea, and it was posted here first, perhaps Support would believe that you created it first!

You’re not allowed to link to your items on the Marketplaces.
There’s no real problem showing off things you’re working on / are not on the site yet – especially when it is confined to one individual thread.
The rule of no self promotion on the Forums is to stop endless promotional threads, keep the Forums tidy and help prevent Authors undercutting one another.
If people were left, right & centre creating threads about stuff they’ve got in the queues, I would think that then it would be a problem.
Right now, this one individual thread, is ok, but any links to items on the marketplace will be removed.
