The Support site seems to be down in select areas. We’re looking into it. Thanks!
As a members of this community and for some that we are working hard to get approveb at least one item, this is ridiculous!
If TF is to strict in aproval process… why they can make mistakes and just (maybe) apologize for that?
_I think that is not enough.

I’m understand your pain. Even if we contact support they say “yes, we do our best”, but how we can be sure that this not happen again? Once I asked to backreport to me what actions they will take with the scamer, but got no answer. Authors cannot work freely when a lot of leakers around and the feeling that the support is constantly remained silent, not to mention the fact that the response takes weeks sometime. I don’t blame anybody, but this is one of those situations that need to be solved immediately in hot pursuit. Just imagine, a week of work, half of the week waiting for approval, and then it all leaked. Then begins new week to contact our support, another to send all of DMCA . This is destructive.
I’d really like to see some action on this, the support ticket I submitted got closed without response so I’m totally unsure if anything will ever happen with the links I sent, let alone the numerous others now spawned all over google

OK so part of Envato support is down, that’s likely just bad timing. Servers go down. Facebook was down for 2+ hours a week or so ago, it happens to everyone. I’m sure they’re working hard to get it fixed.
Regarding the issue of your files being shared I’m sure they take this as seriously as you do but this is an issue that is never going to go away. If it was fixable don’t you think that the music and film industry who lose billions to illegal file sharing would have found a solution? Unfortunately there isn’t a fix. People will, for some reason, buy things and then upload them to x,y,z
Part of being an author in this community is to keep an eye out for peoples files being distributed and inform support, which is usually available.
Hope that helps

.. same here! Frustrating…..!
Don’t worry about it. The time you spend reporting sites that upload your stuff is better spent creating more stuff. It’s never going to stop. If one of those sites goes down, 10 more pop up.

You right. Good answer, but the thing here is that TF pressure to the developer to be perfect in his design/development. When an error happen in the marketplaces Envato just says that “this things happen”... is enough just for this apologyze…
What about if my theme is not approved because the CSS for IE7 is not working properly? I mean “this things happen”...
Just my opinion.
