Why can’t I buy something with my credit card for $15, without depositing $20? Who designed this site? The obvious nature of your scheme seems to be insulting. Am I missing something?

You can purchase any file without depositing anything, click purchase and a choice will appear for you. Where you can either Buy Now (with Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc. via PayPal) or Buy with Pre-Paid Credit. However, using the Buy Now option will add a $2 surcharge fee, in short, an item that cost $5 costs $7 with Buy Now due to the surcharge fee.
