This is one easy to modify poster that looks surprisingly realistic and vintage. Text is even creased and distorted to follow the shape of the paper! You can import/replace images by right-clicking the layer marked in red, called “pic_holder” and choosing “replace contents” (then browse to your image and load it) or “edit contents” (and paste your photo in the window that will open, with the face positioned above the horizontal line). Save. It will update the main poster file with your picture processed to look old. If you’re familiar with photoshop, you can easily control the level of “distortion” by adjusting the opacity of adjustment layers (each one separately). I suggest playing with curves until it works the best for your photo. also, there are optional bullet holes and blood splatter that you can move, or disable. To edit text, right click on the layer marked in yellow, called “text_layer” and choose “edit contents”. It will open text only in a separate window where you’ll be able to edit it. When you’re don’e and save it, it will ask for a displacement layer. It is important to browse to the file “displacement.psd” that’s included in the download – it will distort this text so it matches texture of the paper. You can leave all the settings the way they are.
