I seem to be missing some files I only got 1 Style and 1 Brush and 1 action… Plus it won’t work because I don’t have the correct Font installed. Does anybody know what Font I should have installed so I can get one thing to work…The instructions don’t say what type of font I should be using??? Help…

TRUE , Each add-ons (Styles, Brushes, and Actions) are only provided in one file. But once you install it, there will be many of them appears in your presets item. Please kindly check your styles presets, brushes presets, and actions window after you install them.
TRUE , the fonts are not included in the package. That will againt the copyright if I provided any fonts in any item that I sell.
But the goodnews is: this generator is working on every fonts.
You can use any desirable fonts. But I recommend to all purchaser to using BOLD style font.
You can download some great free license fonts at dafont

This is great. I can’t seem to get the bulbs to work right, but the 3D effect is great.

The Bulp is actually a custom brush. So make sure the brushes are installed correctly and not be moved to any folder or renamed.
I am having the same problem… No bulbs… The 3D action is awesome… and all the presets show up in the actions window… When I unzipped the package I only got one Style and one Brush and one Action.. I installed them but it seems like I need more Brushes and styles…I am using CS4 …does it need to be CS5 to work right?

I don’t know what was wrong…I reloaded The Brushes and it is working great now… It is like everyone says… Awesome dude… Just used it on an Elvis Impersonator site… www.jaxelvis.com looks awesome… Thanks
Hmm, I must be missing a step somewhere, I don’t get the smooth 3d look. I get stacked layers with jagged edges that clearly show it is merely stacked and nudged (widely) layers. And the bulbs look like they are a foot above the text! I’m using CS3 , am I missing something here?

I’m afraid that you are start the Actions on the new document which have smaller size than the psd that provided in the package.
For best result, it’s very recommended to using psd from the package.
So, you can generate your text there, flatten it or convert it to smart object first, then you can resize it even copy it to another new smaller document.

How come? Maybe you get error when download it (damaged file)? If yes, please redownload it.
I use CS5, I download it again and now when i open the psd file I only can see three layers with a red background saying your text. I think the layers are missing.
The layers aren’t missing, you are download the correct files.
Make sure the actions (.atn), brush (.abr), and style (.asl) are installed before you open the psd. Explained in the screenshot.
Edit the “your text” then open the Actions panel (windows/actions), and play the actions to generate it to 3D style. Explained in the manual instruction (.pdf)
