Easy to change and modify – replace images by right clicking on smart object layers called “image holders – right click_replace content” and just do that. If needed you can paint the layer mask next to the image thumbnail (on the smart object layer) to reveal/hide more of the image (black-hide, white-reveal). You can see the way they are painted now.
