No, there is no psd file included, but an animated .gif file. Unfortunately that file format was or better IS not available on the list of formats to choose from on the item upload page so I can only write it in the item description. :/

That is a tricky question, because GR does not provide a way to preview .gif animations and if I show you the animation by uploading the gif somewhere… i don’t need to sell it anymore cause it will be up for free. It’s basically the animation you see on the thumbnail http://2.s3.envato.com/files/108273.gif They are different sized tiles that fit together and create a seamless moving background behind your website if you know how to tile images.
