Nice bundle man
Great bundle, good luck with sales!
Great bundle, but I’m a bit confused about the license options. Is the regular license only for free apps? To use these to make icons for paid apps, would I have to get the Extended license?
Thanks for your comment.
This is definitely not easy to understand, I myself feel sometimes lost with these.
But be reassured that you can use the icons for both paid and free apps. Extended license is basically needed if you do intend to resell a part or as a whole, the PSD file(s).

Can this be used with Pixelmator?
Pixelmator is a wonderful software. However, due to complex details and layer mode blendings embedded in the PSD files, I’m afraid you won’t be able to fully enjoy App Icon Generator Bundle on Pixelmator.
This is the first time I have purchased your icons. And as a novice with Photoshop. When I open the psd, Where are the other icons with each package?
Thank you for your purchase!
To create your own icons, he key is to set and customize it the way you like by toggling on/off layers and groups (frames, glows,...) and to select a provided glyph, or to import your app logo or glyph before export.
Let me know if that answers your question. Don’t forget to rate and let me show the final result of your app icon once your app is released!

Man, I had Photoshop Elements and that was the problem. I had to purchase Photoshop CS5 and it was resolved. Pretty nifty and thanks for the answer.
Awesome! I’m glad it is now resolved
Enjoy the bundle!
Hey, I’m not sure I understand how this works, I understand the toggling with the layers, but what exactly comes with the file we download? Is there somewhere where I can see a preview? Can one add their own images or logos? Does it come with images?
App Icon Generator Bundle includes 3 different PSD files. One for each App Icon Generator Volume.
These fully layered and vector PSD files have some “pre-rendered” items to help you create a nice looking icon, such as frames, textures and glows, etc.
There are also some glyphs included but you can of course import your very own images or logos!
Hope this helps.
How do I get transparent background around the icon in Frame Edition
Thank you very much for your purchase and comment.
Make sure to hide/toggle off the background and to Shift-Click the layer Mask to preview a the app icon rounded shape.

Just so that I am clear. If I want to use this psd to create icons for many paid apps does that require me to buy multiple regular licenses? or multiple extended licenses?
You can absolutely use your generated icons for as many apps as you wish. You only need a regular license.
Extended licenses are needed if you do intend to distribute/resell parts (or as a whole) of the PSD file.
Hope that helps! Let me know if you need further advices.
How can I import my own glyphs so that they have the same effects as the ones provided?
I have created a nice appicon using generator volume 2 -> Folio. Now I want to resize it to the different sizes required by Android (96px, 72px, 48px, 32px). Using Photoshop -> Image -> Image Size I can resize it to the target sizes, but the image looses quality.
What is the best way to resize the icon maintaining the best quality?
Thanks and regards
Thank you very much for your purchase!
What you did is actually the best way to maintain a good quality and some pixel accuracy.
• Make sure to add “Bicubic Sharper (best for reduction) in the Image Size popup menu.
• Also, if you are a Photoshop CS6 user, toggling “align edges” on vector shapes will definitely help when resizing your icon to such small sizes.
Hope that helped, feel free to contact us through hello-at-appvo.lt for further support or questions you might have!
