Unbelievable!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! After spending 5 minutes following the directions I am blow away by the quality, the simplicity, and the cost. I am using this on a project for a large client going to a trade show in Las Vegas it is going to knock their socks off when it is printed on (4) 4×6 banners. I will by buying many of your other actions as well. THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!! :)

mrcharlesbrown

Wow… This is one of the best comments I have ever received. I am so so happy that you are satisfied with my work. Thank you once again.

Hi Mate :) its – or better it looks awesome. But it doesnt works on my site :( – macbook pro 2010, newest PS CS6 …any reason why? On the rendering it crashes down i think after the 5th step…pls help out :-)

mrcharlesbrown

Hi dear Mate, so sorry to hear that. Please try to update your CS with the latest Adobe CS6 update to fix all bugs. Bug maybe the reason for the crash. Adobe always release updates for bug fix.

No buyer has reported about any issue related to ‘software crash’. The major reason for crash is if your system is overloaded and the RAM isn’t adequate enough to carry your CS6 when processing heavy commands. If you have other heavy pieces of software that consumes alot of RAM space, please try to close them and RUN the action again in Photoshop. Other than that mate, I really don’t know any other reason why your Adobe Photoshop crashes at a certain point. This package was created using CS5 and it works perfectly for CS6 too.

Thank you and if you have any further question or assistance, please let me know. I will do MY VERY BEST to make sure that you will enjoy this awesome item.

digitologie

@mrcharlesbrown: hello, thanks for your very fast answer! Thanks the best for customer care :). I have all updates, and realy the last version of all CS6 bug fixes. I closed all other programms and the maximum of ram wich is possible to put in this machine… – anyway he says cant get level 1 and other levels…possible its a user error :) and on my site… – tried now also on my newest imac and no result…possible that with the zip file something wrong?

mrcharlesbrown

You are welcome mate! The zip file is OK because you can see the PSD mockups file in the main folder after decompression. However, I will immediately send you the action thru email (in case the compressor you used didn’t decompress the main file well). Please email me through my profile using the message box. I will send you the ATN file right away.

In addition, if you installed both CS6 64 and 32 bits simultaneously, it might result to preset folder displacement. I have noticed that when using BLACK and WHITE preset. Please try to copy the ‘Presets’ from the 64 bits folder and overwrite the one in 32 bits. That might solve the problem.

I am waiting for your email so that I can send you the ‘Action’ file immediately.

Thanks!

digitologie

I will sent my mail. And i have to say, your service is great!

mrcharlesbrown

I have sent you the action file. Let me know if it worked out great for you.

Thanks!

Hi

I love your actions and have a bought a fair few of them to date, I remember seeing this one and knew eventually I would need it, and well the time came.

Works great except for one request … is it possible to have the converted image without the blueprint (or white ) grid behind it, just the converted image on a transparent background, like the original image.

Can that be done, it would really help and well save me tons of time having to manually remove the grid

Very best regards and thanks for all your great scripts

Regards

John

mrcharlesbrown

Dear John, yes it renders the drawing as transparent. The blueprint pattern I created is below the transparent sketch.

If you want to use the WHITE drawing, simply open the folder ‘Blue print – BLUE’ and click on the visibility eyeball of the folder ‘Blue paper _blue print’ and also the background layer (i.e. the original image). You will see the sketch work as transparent.

Also, If you want to use the BLACK drawing, simply open the folder ‘Blue print – WHITE’ and click on the visibility eyeball of the folder ‘White paper – blue print’ and also the background layer (i.e. the original image). You will see the sketch work as transparent.

You can then use the sketch on any project as you want.

If you have any further question, please feel free to ask. I will kindly answer.

Hi Charles,

just wondering if the action will preserve the 3D effect on block text? I want to use one of the actions on here to create a 3D block of 4 words then create a blue print. Will the 3D look be well preserved as it has been for the exhaust examle? And if it works well with 3D text are you aware of any actions on here it works well with?

Kind regards.

mrcharlesbrown

Yes it will preserve the 3D text effect just as the exhaust. However, you can send me the sample of the 3D text. Let me run the action here and see final render.

Please use the MESSAGE BOX in my profile and mail me. I will reply you ASAP. Use the email address to forward the sample to me.

Thanks!

Best regards.

OK do you have any recommendations for a 3D text action?

This isn’t working with the 3D text. The instructions are not clear enough for me to follow (I hold my hands up I have only used photoshop a few dozen times)

5. Paste your generated blueprint in the smart object document

This needs some detail on how to generate the blue print.

What the options are and how best to generate a smooth looking blue print rather than a white or black blob. Once it’s generated is it saved as a seperate file?

How is it “pasted into the blueprint of the smart object” – is it placed or some other means?

mrcharlesbrown

Simply, open the 3D text and make sure it is merged as a single layer. Load pattern and action files. Run action and enjoy result.

Message me through my profile. I will send you a video since you are new to Photoshop.
