Is it made in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop?

Its in Photoshop which format do you require?

It would be sweet if the gray bands (and wave) had a touch of color, like black and blue. Will the fact that its in Photoshop make the small fonts look bad?

You can change that in photoshop as i have made in unflatten shapes so u can easily change the colors
