Carbon Fiber Backgrounds Mega Pack

what program do I need to utilize the backgrounds? I have GIMP and MS Picture it, but not sure if those programs will work.

I love them and bought them, but not sure how to use them in Premiere Pro CS4 (still Learning). I want to create one of the patterns into a lower-third and opened the image file in Photoshop CS4 …but that’s where I get lost. In the layers panel, I open to see all the fiberCarbons, but what do I need to do to get it into Premiere (meaning specific pattern choice)?

This pack looks great. Before I purchase I just want to make sure these backgrounds will seamlessly repeat?

great backgrounds, im really a newbie at photoshop, what is the process for making them a jpg or png so i can use them on my design for a repeating background?

I opened this up in PS elements and all the layers aren’t there.. Can you save it as a PSD with all the layers. I moved the PAT file into the program file but am having a hard time finding them. If you could just save the raw file with all the layers it would be much easier to use.

Maybe I’m missing something but, great work anyway.

I figured it out. I won’t show all layers in elements for some reason. I got a trial of PS CS5 and all layers are present. I’m trying to figure out how to save it so it will show the layers in elements. I’m downloading GIMP now to see if they are present in GIMP which is a free editor that will open PSD ’s.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Could someone give me step-by-step instructions on what to do with the .PAT file so that I can make the layers available in Photoshop CS4 ? I’m working on a banner ad for my website and I have no idea how to access the carbon layer package.

“End File” wtf is an end file

to install the pattern simply go to Layer – Layer Style – Pattern Overlay click on the little downwards arrow next to picture of the the blue bubbles. then click on the arrow point in the right corner – click Load Pattern – navigate to the folder you downloaded and click on the pattern. Now you can cycle through all 20 patterns.
