Cards Mock-Up

Hey, I’m having a little trouble with this. Whenever I edit the smart object, hit save, and go back to the original, it does not keep the same perspective on the 3d wall. Am I doing something wrong?

Unfortunately there is a problem with the envelope and perspective transformation effect in CS3 version. but in CS4 work fine.

I have the same problem like bobbybosler in CS3 . Any solution? If not please mark your file with the information that it only works on CS4 for all the other users.
