What version of Photoshop was used to create the PSD version?
Trying to import with various tools, but while the JPG version appears exactly as the preview, the layered PSD ends up with all elements (buttons, ribbons) mostly converted to black.
That may be due to the large number of levels, maybe >255?

Following up on my initial report: the problem is caused by levels using effects supported only in the latest versions of Photoshop (I presume).
The solution is to download the free trial of the latest Photoshop (30 days fully functional), open the file and flatten only those levels. After that, it can be used in any PSD -enabled application.
Nice job and great value for money.
