Clear A4 Newsletter - InDesign

Hello,

I bought your template but i have a serious issue. I am using cs5 indesign and when i open the file it seriously appears very bad!

Please have a look at the following screenshot to have an idea. When i export it to pdf it looks fine but like this it is impossible to work.

I tried it in two different pc’s plus in an older version of indesign but the same. First time that happens. Any idea?

your template will not open in cs3 as advertised…please send me the correct version

This Product will not open in my CS5 .1 are you able to send it to me in PSD format?

What Adobe program are you using to open the file?
