Yes. As I mentioned in preview image, these are Vector shapes. So you can scale them.

But I feel 1000×1000 is too much for a banner ad However If you are going to use them for another purpose, you can simply scale them in photoshop. I took plenty of time to detail these banners as you see in preview image. But sometimes you may need more details in such a large size.
