It does. The file includes an AICS2 file, which has full transparency, including the semi-transparency of the reflections. An AICS2 file is an Adobe Illustrator format, and can be opened in Illustrator (or other vector image editing software) or it can be imported into Photoshop.

I do not include PNG or layered PSD files because these images were not created in Photoshop. However since they are Illustrator native, they easily import into Photoshop with transparency intact.
