Thanks! I made them in photoshop – to get the texture in the leaves, I scanned a leaf and overlaid the leaf texture.

Very nice, but I think you have a bug.
Probably overlooked that one small detail.
On the tree, shouldn’t branches go behind the leaves?
This way the end of branches can be seen and they end pretty “not-tree-ish”. 
Sorry if I’m mistaken.

Thanks for mentioning that – I stylized the tree. (I live on a farm near a game reserve, so I’ve got lots of reference to work from ) Since there are so many different tree species I aimed to create depth by having some lower branches visible, most trees have branches that are visible even through the foilage, they don’t all go behind the leaves.
