Hi, thanks for contacting us. The instructions for loading a layer style is already supplied with the item. After unzipping the item you should get the file instructions.txt where it is described in details. Did you follow it?

However, I am trying to describe it here once again:

For simplest use of the layer styles you need to copy and paste the .asl file in your photoshop styles folder (For example: C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 \Presets\Styles).

For CS4 users: All styles would automatically appear as a list in the Styles or Blending Options window. You just need to click on the small arrow on the upper right corner of the Blending options or Styles window to view the list of styles. I have just tested it in CS4 . It is working fine.
