This is a nice action pack. I have PS CS3 and it works fine. Well worth $4 or $6.

Hi: I have a MacBook Pro Mac OSX version 10.7.5 I am running Photoshop CS5 I place my RGB image on the graver-source.psd file I adjust the size etc, then I run graver-normal the first action goes fine but I get this : “The object layer “1” is not currently available, then “The object layer “2” is not currently available, follow by”The object layer “3” is not currently available, to “The object layer “4” is not currently available, also “The object layer “5” is not currently available, then 5,6,7 and at the end I get “The object “layer 1 of layer 2 of layer 3 of layer 4 of layer 5 of layer 6 of layer 7 of layer “00” is not currently available. What’s going on..? What am I doing wrong?

@dgbomb, we love the tool! One question—We are using it for landscape rasters, more zoomed out of an overall landscape. These need to be large (5000 px) and we would like the engraver to be of higher resolution (density). Is this possible? Thanks!

Excellent product and well worth the price. I want to use it to make a larger image. I understand that you can scale up the source file without loss of quality, but I would like to keep the lines the same size and have more of them. Would it be possible to release the Illustrator patterns so that we can make larger layers?

dgbomb

Hello and thank you. Did you seen link to alternate file in support tab? Try this first.

How to scale image Generally the graver-source.psd is a scalable file. Layers with strokes – it’s a smart objects. So you can enlarge the image with almost no losses after processing. The only layer you want to manually adjust is a layer called “00” (the top of stack). If you’ll increase file size it may lose contrast. Increase contrast by correcting Levels or Unshurp mask for example . Another way is to enlarge the sourse document before run actions. Enlarge source file, place your picture into and start an action.

In addition you may download a bit dense and with higher resolution graver-source.psd file here: https://docs.google.com/file/d/0BxB-3wJOkP2QZ200enZjYXZPWG8/edit?usp=sharing But keep in mind that the original grid is most balanced file.
