This error you are getting when you open the psd is ok. Just press “OK” ( you will probably have to hit “OK” a few more times after the first one as well). I have tested this file in CS2 several times and each layer still has full editing capabilities. I think Photoshop CS2 just has a hard time recognizing the ‘Smart Object’ Layers… even though after you press “OK” everything still works. Please PM me if you are still having issues, and I can send you a CS2 Saved Version.

This file was created with Photoshop CS4 so it will work perfectly. I have not tested CS5 , but I’m sure it will work since Adobe makes all their programs backwards compatible. Thanks.

Hi Sparksue, Thank you for your purchase. To add to the mask on the photo 1 layer, you would also need to adjust the mask on the frames as well. If you are placing 2 photos in the 1 main photo area you would have to re-adjust all the masks over each frame.

I have already made all these adjustments for another client, so I can just send you that PSD if you like. It has the 3 left frames for 1 photo and the 3 right frames for another photo. It also has all the frame borders in view, so that no frame is cut off.

Hi Mel67, Thanks for your purchase. I’ve tested your situation in CS5 and noticed that if you right click on the Name of the Layer, “Edit Contents” will show up as an option to select. Or, if you select the layer from the layers palette, then go to the Top menu >> Layers >> Smart Objects >> Edit Contents.

Also, you can just double click the Smart Object Thumbnail, which will automatically open the Photo Layer for you.
