@ travado: Sorry, it was created in Illustrator. You can import the EPS file into Photoshop, however it will be flattened.

@ elreto: The border is a gradient shape, so you will need to select that shape and use your Gradient palette to select and modify the colors. You can select each color in the gradient and convert them to more gold looking colors.
