Hello xboxer,

1.) Select the “Yellow Blue” layer

2.) Duplicate the layer…Layer> Duplicate layer

3.) Change the color by going to Image > Adjustments > Hue/Saturation

You can also try going to Image > Adjustments > Color/Balance

or

1.) Select the “Yellow Blue” layer

2.) Make the layer Black and White: Image > Adjustments > Desaturate

3.) Create new layer on top

4.) Set the layer opacity to multiply

5.) Select a brush and color and fill in with any color you like.
