To scale the styles

Right Click on the Fx icon on the Layer, and Choose “Scale Styles”. By the way I suggest you to use “Image Size” with the option called “Scale Styles” ticked.

In Photoshop a layer style refers to the two-dimensional and three-dimensional effects applied to each layer. A filter is an extension of these layer styles which changes the overall image on a layer by layer basis in a wide variety of ways.
