How to make the outline thicker?
The easiest way is to enable scaling Stroke And Effect option and decrease the object. For example you’d like to make outline thiner…
1 Apply desired style to any object. Rectangle for example or font character.
2. Unlink graphic style: (chain icon in the bottom of graphic style palette). http://help.adobe.com/en_US/illustrator/cs/using/WS714a382cdf7d304e7e07d0100196cbc5f-61c5a.html
3.Turn on “Scale Strokes & Effects”: Go to Edit > Preferences > General (Windows) or Illustrator > Preferences > General (Mac OS), and select checkbox Scale Strokes & Effects (turn it on). You may also to check Transform pattern tiles checkbox.
4. Make the object smaller till you get desired result.
5. Save new style to Graphic style Palette. As a variant – drag and drop object to palette.
6. Apply this style to you target text or object.
7. All the seme with a Pattern scaling.
It doesn’t work. I tried to contact you many times but you didn’t reply to my messages. Can you help me to make the add-on work? I get a black font instead of the one featured when I select your graphics.
