Thank you for your help!
Thanks!
Hi, I tried emailing this, but it was returned to me as nondeliervable.
Quick question with the Image Flow Action.
It’s working great. However, there seems to be this solid semi-transparent white line that runs down the middle of the drop shadow. Any idea why this would be occurring?
You can see what I mean by visiting this link: http://www.mrtoth.com/index.php?option=com_zoo&view=category&Itemid=127
Thanks!
Thanks for the compliment. The “white line” is really just the result of the two images on either side of the center image. The center area that looks more white is that way because there are not two images that are being reflected in that space, only one. If you look at my preview image it is the same way. It’s not as obvious because my images are lighter.

I used Image Flow action and it was working great. But this number 3 is not working at all. Whatever I tried, Photoshop reports errors that it can’t find some layers. Is there anything different needed for this one?
My layers in the document are Layer 0 to 4, the same as with Image Flow.
Thanks for your purchase. Are you starting with all the layers highlighted? Are you working with the English version of Photoshop? If not, the action may not work on your system. Is the starting document size 1075 px by 865 px at 72 dpi?
If you’ve done everything above and it’s still not working please email me your psd file with all the layers named correctly. user852 at gmail dot com.

This guy rocks!
I was having an issue with the file – not Kilik’s fault but MINE !
I just wanted to let everybody know that his support is great and he was on hand within minutes.
REMEMBER ; Make sure the layers are in the right order other wise the refection will NOT work.
Thanks for all your help Kilik! you are the man and I will be back for more
Hi Kilik,
First off I would like to say I love the look of the Image Flow. However I am having a very basic problem.
I am pretty good with using Photoshop but have to admit that I havent used the Action function very much in the past.
I have followed the instructions on the help file, at least I think I have but it does not seem to work.
I started by first Loading the Action, but not running the action. I then created a new document 1075×865 in size. I then clicked run action but it just keeps saying: ‘could not create because the initial bounding rectangle is empty’.
I am sure this is a very basic mistake I am making but I would be very grateful for any help you can offer.
Many thanks,
Nitesh
Hi Nitesh,
I haven’t had anybody report problems of that nature. Send me your Photoshop document with the layers already labeled Layer 0 through Layer 4 and ensure that your document dimensions are correct. Make sure that the artwork is already positioned on each layer then send the psd to user852 at gmail dot com. I’ll run the action on your document and see if I get the same result.
I had problems with this action. You have to make sure all layers are highlighted for it to work properly
I am following the instructions precisely but the action continually renders only the four right-most images. The far left image is left out and I can’t figure out why (yes, I’ve made sure all layers are selected, correct dimensions, dpi, etc.). This is really frustrating.
Actually, it isn’t worked out. I’m still trying to get it to work with the images in the order I want. There are no instructions telling me this in advance so I have to waste time figuring it out by trial and error. Likewise, the instructions for setting width and height do not indicate which is which. All in all, for something like an action that is supposed to save time, this has been a substantial time suck. I sincerely appreciate the assistance but I simply can not recommend this action in good faith.

Sorry to hear you had such a hard time. Out of 150+ sales this is the first I’ve heard of troubles such as yours.
I believe (I think) I have followed all the instructions, but it’s obvious I’m doing something incorrectly because I’m receiving the “cut command is not availble” along with a couple of other things. I just emailed you my PSD file so you could let me know what I’m doing wrong at your convenience. I’m looking forward to using this cool effect
Any chance you know if it will work in CS2 ?
Hi!
Really good stuff, I like this action + I bought it.
And I´ve got a hint to make your action multilanguage-compatible with just a little change on the clients computer:
The action conflicts with the word “copy” which e.g. in german would be “Kopie”.
Clients with foreign languages (german in my case) should look for the file “tw10428.dat” which is in “foo/locales/Name-of-Language/Support Files” folder.
Just rename it to e.g. “tw10428.da$”, relaunch PS and you´re Photoshop supports the english language!
Cheers, Markus
Hi, It doesn’t work for me. I’m using PS CS5 in english and i had care for layer sizes.
Hi Jon Dan here, I just messaged you earlier. If you could please complete the action that’d be great. For some reason the action doesn’t complete layer 4 Cheers Dan
Unfortuneately this hasn’t been an easy action to use. I’m having the same problems as CindyV where the action stops at the first ‘cut’.
Today i downloaded this action again (after few months) and now it worked very well. Now you have 5 stars!
Worked really well for me, simple execution… really well done, i had brought another one which just overcomplicated things, I’ll certainly buy other good actions you make. I tried to give you 5 stars but the site wouldn’t let me
Hi Kilik. I, like Luisfer, am using PS CS5 and it won’t work. I get the following error messages:
“the command ‘cut’ is not available.” “the command ‘move’ is not available” “the command ‘merge layers’ is not available” “the command ‘transform’ is not available
I also figured I’d post the solution for anyone else having this problem.
1. Rasterize all layers (no smart objects) (Layer > Rasterize All Layers.)
2. Delete the “Background” layer before you start
3. Even though your document size may be correct correct, sometimes if there are additional parts of the image outside of the viewable area, the action won’t work right. To ensure that there are no parts of the image outside the viewable area, after you do steps 1 and 2, “Select All” then go to Image > Crop.
