Can these clouds be used on a background other than blue?

theNetImp- Absolutely! Blue is just shown as the color I used. The clouds are on a transparent layer so the can be used on any background of choice.
Also, like real clouds these also have varying degrees of transparency within themselves so you will get a realistic bleed through of whatever background you decide to place them on depending on cloud used
