The files are huge… Takes a while to load. And if I reduce their resolution, they look blurry.

I am using the technique #2 described here: http://css-tricks.com/3458-perfect-full-page-background-image/

How do you recommend adding them as background? Do you have tileable versions?

Due to the randomness of the pattern it currently does not tile well. This is why I provided such a large file to fulfill most of your needs. I plan on updating the file soon to include a tillable image.
