Mega Pack Mock-Up #2

When I replace the smart object, the image doesn’t keep the perspective. It appears flat after I save with a new pic. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.

Just bought the item. A little disappointed as thought it would include all the text and fonts. I need a template real quick but now it seems I will have to spend some time in CS customizing it. There should be a mention about the lack of text.
