Military Aircraft Silhouettes

To install a brush, take the .ABR file that is provided and place it into your photoshop brushes directory.

FOR WINDOWS

Place the brushes into : C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop (ver)\Presets\Brushes

FOR MAC

Place the bruches into : Users/(username)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop (ver)/Presets/Brushes

Then, open up Photoshop and enjoy!
