This is great design… except I’m having huge issues with the layers and usability. all the vector shapes of the badges seem to be on one layer that wont ungroup properly. They are not even organized by badge just scattered randomly.. Also any of the curved text is only saved as singular letters! I am using illustrator cs4 Also the link to the open sans font doesn’t appear to have a download option either? Can you supply a file that is better organized for editing? This seems impossible to customize!

The downloaded file should open and display in a similar manner to the preview file (the grey area is a direct copy from the download). It has been tested in CS4 & CS5 and functions correctly.
The download link for Open Sans is located at the top right of the provided webpage.
If possible, could you send me a screenshot (via the contact form on my profile page) and we will see if we can remedy this problem, as this seems to be an isolated incident.
