Business cards are for print and should be set up in Illustrator or Indesign, for best print practices. It makes it much easier for the user to change the overprint/choke/bleed etc on the card should different specs be required by the user’s printer. For old fashioned plate printing, using separations or custom inks Illustrator can output the separations directly alllowing them to be properly proofed.

Photohop is not for designing print items.
