Yes they are, the company I use to do my printing suggests at least 3mm bleed. So this product is great. I used A9 I think it is, as it was the closest to their b/cards requirements.

Yes it’s possible: you need to duplicate an existing Action and then modify it according to your size. It’s tricky but possible
