When you are working some effects/filters that only work on RGB but you need to print or when you are preparing some printed brochure and you have to put it online, you’ll start jumping between printing settings and screen settings (image mode and pixel ratio).

These actions do it in a click if you have them on your action panel in button mode.

You’re doing something more than CMYK at 300 to RGB at 72? I just don’t know what more you could do.
