I am in word using .docx and I was able to change the logo on the first page, however, I can’t seem to figure out how to change the logo and header information on pages 2-10.
I can’t click on the logo or contact information on pages 2-10….how can those be changed? Am I missing something really simple?
Hey Alana, You can change this in the master-page, usually found in the bottom right corner of the screen. If you can’t see it, make sure your on publishing view mode

Hey SWD2011, I had the same issue. Use the Word “Save As” option and same it as a doc file (instead of a docx). This resolved it for me (and kept my changes)
