I’m kinda new with this so I have a silly question. I like the look of this but I was needing these images in a png with a transparent background. Is there any way to make this happen? Thanks

You can save it as a png right from Illustrator. If you don’t have Illustrator, just open it in Photoshop and click File>Save for Web. There you’ll have an option to save it as a PNG .
will photoshop flatten the layers of this file once opened? I don’t jhave illustrator, i have photoshop CS4 and i’ve opened eps files before and all the layers were flattened automatically before i could open? I would need to be able to edit the for sale sign portion..
