Sorry to Mr. Technicality but that under-construction sign is quite dangerous. I mean, it’s in the middle of the road… you need some witches hats or something to guide people around it or else you’re going to have a car accident on your hands.

That aside, the rubbish bin needs a lid or else that stuff will fly out and someone is bound to graffiti that wall soon.
