Hi globenavigation,
that’s because it is a Photoshop file. As described in the item description, you need to turn on and off layers or groups to achieve different expressions and the poses of the hands. Once you have what you need, you can save it out in the file format of your choice from Photoshop. It would be virtually impossible for me to save out every single possible combination as individual files because there are simply too many of them.
How do you get her animated?

You can not animate her smoothly. In the Photoshop file you can turn on and off layers and groups to achieve different poses and expressions.
What tooltip script would be best to use her with and where can I get it. I think this would be great for an upcoming site I’m working on.
