Hi there, thank you for purchasing this file! There is no PSD . The description of the item clearly says, “in fully editable Adobe Fireworks PNG vector format”. You can download a fully functioning and FREE copy of Adobe Fireworks from Adobe.com where you can open and edit the file if you do not already have Fireworks. If you are a Creative Suite owner however you should already have Fireworks. Hope this helps!
