The menu/command key for an iPad is in the wrong position, can this be either easily removed i.e. it is on its own layer or can you correct the position and offer it as an update.

Actually it is not an iPad ,just tablet device for presentations. But yes everything is editable and each element is on separate layer. No problem to remove the button and to place it on the side.

Thanks for that, I was also interested to know whether the items contains smart objects to allow you to easily adjust the screen, i.e you can double click on the screen object which will then allow you to place a normal 2d object on and then when you save the object it will automatically re-size/adjust orientation to fit the screen.

Yes the display is smart object, just double click – edit – save and you have new screen image + reflection.
