What is texture MKR ?

Texture MKR is .psd file for creating your own colorful textures with pre-made ones.

Nice, how can I do it?

By default, all layers are hidden. Choose one (or more) texture layer(s) and combine them with gradients or colors. It’s a walk in the park.

Where are the original textures from?

From author’s neighborhood mostly. All of them are taken with Cannon sx100 for this file exclusively. Every offered texture contains 5-15 merged photos.

How many unique textures can I create with texture MKR ?

15 textures x 30(gradients+colors)=450. But if you play around with them, possibilities are endless.

Play around with them?

- For light backgrounds, change the blending mode from soft light to overlay or hard light.

- You can use “colors” layers like photo filter for gradients. Just change blend from normal to soft light. You can also try to decrease opacity.

- Try using more “textures” layers for different effects. It also works with gradients.

- edit -> transform -> flip verical-horizontal is good trick too.

- play around with invert, levels, curves, hue/saturation.
