How are the layers named?
This file is layered to provide you with an easy to use PSD -File. The different layers of a web element are grouped in a group named after the element itself (Download Button, Slider, etc.) Every element has 5 basic layers: • Reflection: The white reflection on the surface of the glass. • Text Layer: The text included in the element. This layer is named as the text in it. For example: “Home” or “Download”. • Base03: Layer with styles to create the transparent effect. • Base02: Layer with styles to create the transparent effect. • Base01: Layer with styles to create the transparent effect.
Can I change the transparency of the elements?
To change the transparency of the web elements play with the opacity of the gradient overlay from the layers Base02 and Base03. To get there double click on the desired layer. The Layer Style window will open.
How am I supposed to place the ribbons and corners on my design?
First of all they have to be over your design’s layer in order to be seen over the design. Then place the corner in such a way that the stroke of it looks as it was over the designs border.
