Looking forward to using this but I can’t seem to figure out how to install the plugin in Photoshop CS4 .
Any way you could point me in the right direction?

go to window->actions if you don’t have it open
next the action box (top right corner) you should see an arrow pointing down with 3 stripes click on it and then in the drop down list select “load actions”
