Not sure what I’m doing wrong with this template because the other Wanted poster I bought from you works perfectly. It doesn’t matter if I use the single or the couple template, my photos look horrible. The person’s skin looks pink and splotchy. Is there a certain way I need to photograph people or where in the settings of the template do I need to look? I really love this template, I just need to get this one thing fixed and I’ll be really excited! Thanks!
You can try two things: First enhance contrast of your photos drastically (curves-ctrl_M and levels- ctrl+L) and make them much darker. If you’re still not happy with the way they look, you may want to disable some of the adjustment layers. If that is still not doing it, send me the ho-res photo you wanna use and let me try to help you:)
Can this be printed in a larger size than 8 1/2 X 11? I’d like to do a full poster size.
usually a file that big can be enlarged a lot. You can either lower the resolution while enlarging the canvas/image (somewhere to 72 or 100dpi, depending on the poster size), or you can flatten the poster and use some of the plugins for enlargement without quality loss (like perfect resize). I would feel comfortable working with a 8.5×11 300dpi poster as a start for a large poster, especially because this particular item looks aged, grungy and don’t really require amazing sharpness.
