Nice Action. Did you say black an white or cartoon photos because those are typically harder to do? I ask because I was hoping this would keep me from having to use the pen tool when cutting out pics from white backgrounds. can I use this action on any picture with a white background (like a person/model/ or product with color but has a white background) or is this strictly for cartoons and black and white pics.
This action only works on black and white images, when I say cartoons I mean comic book illustrations like the one in the example preview,
maybe this action could be used to cut out colour pictures but I think they would need further touching up, an idea could be to copy your studio shot convert it to black and white run the action then select it and use the black pixels left behind as a layer mask over the colour image and colour in the inside of the image to reveal it, this is just an idea Im not saying the results would be ideal.

This is a great action but the image HAS to be black. I used it to cut out a colored graphic and it did but it turned my graphic black. I should have read more but I WILL use this a lot in the future anyway

I’m having a problem with another action script I found that does the same thing however sing my paper grain is showing up the background is not 100% transparent. Would this script be better for that. I don’t want the paper grain show up and preventing me from getting 100% transparency.
