Hi. My name is Devin Pitcher. I am a freelance Graphic and Web Designer and Developer located in the smaller city of New Baltimore, Michigan. I attend Anchor Bay High School. I have actively taken part of our schools Graphics program for 3 years, which is the best high school graphic arts program in Macomb county. I use the latest Adobe Creative Suite for my designs, and have been using them for 4 years. I use Adobe Dreamweaver CS4 and Photoshop CS4 on almost a daily basis, and I am very proficient in them both.
