PLEASE DO NOT ASK ME TO SEND YOU FONTS I USED IN MY TEMPLATES . I DO NOT SHARE THEM .
From 23.11.2008 all files include only one PDF help file packed with everything in it.
UPDATED ITEMS :
Bonsai Media – included PSD and PNG sources
Orange Marketing – included PSD and PNG sources
Beautiful Creative Portfolio – 3D Carousel – included 3 PSD files
Creative Business – Full Corporate Template – Included PHP contact form
BVD – Beautiful Website Deisgn – HTML – Fixed issue with shadow behind tabs. Included PHP contact form.
BVD – Beautiful Website Deisgn – Wordpress – Fixed issues in IE6 , sidebar widgets and some minor bugs.

What’s included in the file packages?

All files should include:

• PSD or PNG source file (Sliced for easier customization)
• (X)HTML / CSS / JS or other scripts like PHP
• Template_help.pdf (Extended Help file)

No more getting_strated_basic_help.txt, template_help.txt. Now everything packed in one PDF .

If any of these is missing in your package send me a request trough my Theme Forest contact info.

What about Graphic River files, what’s included in the package there?

Everything what’s stated in the item description.

How do You price your files?

I don’t. Theme Forest is responsible for pricing my files upon a review. I have no control over my file prices.

Do You give technical support to Theme forest buyers?

No. When a bug is reported I fix that and re-upload the item.

What e-mail should I use to send a support request, bug report or other issue if help is needed?

How long do I have to wait to have a reply to my emails requests?

1-3 days.

When You update an item, can I download it again for free?

Actually, yes. You should be able to re-download Your item after it’s been updated at no extra charge. For more info please contact the Themeforest support.

Is the source code commented?

Yes! Well commented.

I’ve noticed that Your templates in the Live preview are not W3C valid. How come, when in the description area says that the item is HTML valid?

All my items are 100% HTML and CSS valid and up to W3C standards. The validation error happens because I use HTML obfuscator to create scrumbled HTML code to protect my items from piracy.

How does the help file looks like? Can I see it somewhere?

The help file is very extended and covers almost every topic on how to change your theme. At this time it is not possible to preview the help file until you buy an item.
There is no such extended file in Bonsai Media and Cloud 21

Can I have You to adapt a file to my needs?

Yes, but if you need to adapt any file to your needs, you need to have some knowledge in (X)HTML/CSS. If it is something I can explain you and you can then adjust it by yourself, that’s the best. Else, if you need some detailed modifications I’m only available to adapt an item to your needs based on my hourly rates.
