good job, nice ! i wish you lots of sales and a nice weekend ;)

Thank you very much Dearli studio! I wish you the best ;)

For the luxury gold file, how do I make the background black? instead of silver?

Hello Luxerman,

First of all, thank you so much for your purchase and, regarding your question, please take in mind that all Logo Mockups are sold as they are and like their previews show.

In this case, I’ve been trying to use photoshop masks to change the background color and, at the same time, preserving the rest of effects. But, the results are not good enough because all effects have been created to achieve that concrete appearance. This means that, unfortunately, to get a perfect result it would be necessary to rebuilt the whole mockup from “0” modifying the lights, shadows, etc…

I hope this is not a big inconvenience for you, many thanks for your comprehension.

Best regards, Ric

Thank you very much gustoberry! Good luck for you too ;)

Hi, I’ve bought this wonderful mock up. My question is maybe stupid BUT, the all files are in perspective… How do I use my logo with one of the texture in a “normal” slope…. Just to make letterhead, visit card, etc.. Thanks for your precious help !

Hi Mmalievac,

Thank you so much for your purchase and, regarding your question, as it is said on the item’s description, unfortunately is not possible to get a frontal perspective: “*Please take note that this is not possible to edit these mock-ups to get a frontal view. If you prefer to work with Mock-ups in Frontal View, please follow the next link: http://goo.gl/PiqzAA”

Please bear in mind that, unless otherwise stated, all Logo Mockups (here in Graphicriver and out there) are always sold “as they are”.

All lights, shadows, effects, filters and textures has been created and designed to run properly in the concrete and particular angle of each one, and that means there is no possible to modify or rise up the Mock-ups.

For that reason, the graphic preview tries to be as complete as it can, showing the 10 logo mock-ups (not just 2 or 3 of them) and how they work “with real logos” to show you clearly what you get when you buy this product.

I really hope it’s not a big inconvenience. Many thanks for your comprehension and, for any other doubt, please feel free to ask.

Kind regards,

Ricard

Hi, I just bought this. When I replace the logos and save, they straight, not slanted like they are when I first open the file. How do I replace the logo so that it renders exactly as the logo that is being replaced?

Hello Stucazz,

First of all thank you so much for your purchase and, regarding your question, I’ve checked all Mock-ups one by one and everything seems ok.

Perhaps it may be due to a Photoshop “save” option failure. So, please, close the document, then open it again, follow the step-by-step instructions given in the help file and, above all, ensure to save the logo on the Smart Object Tab (the tab that opens automatically where you can place your logo in a straight position).

Finally, go to the General Document and the logo should appear in the same slanted angle as the original logo replaced.

Kind regards

Nice work you have. Good luck.

Big thanks DigiPhic!! And good luck for you too ;)

Realistic mockups, great for logos, you are my favorite in the category, I think many need to seek your results, and I also aspire to it :)

I’m really honored with your comment Romich!

Thank you so much for stopping by and let me wish you the best of luck with your portfolio :)

Can you send me link to frontal set?

Sure MICHCUTE24! http://graphicriver.net/item/11-photorealistic-logo-mockups-set-3/6044671

Thank you very much for your purchase!

Kind Regards,

Ricard

I understand you are trying to do your best, and I appreciate your approach. But it would be really beneficial to have a note on the item description that would explain that frontal view is not possible. As you see there are other people who have the same predicament as me.
Thanks for clarifying it though, it was probably me – if you say this is the accepted graphicriver practice – I’m ok with that, but this practice is simply not obvious enough for newbs.

I just bought the frontal set (the one you advised)

Thank you so much for your comprehension Ellos, and I’ll gladly follow your suggestion clarifying this issue in the product description.

Have a nice day and, last but not least, thank you very much for your second purchase, I really hope you enjoy it :)

The info has been added :)

HI, I have the same question as above: “Hi, I’ve bought this wonderful mock up but I have a problem…. My question is maybe stupid BUT, the all files are in perspective… How do I use my logo with one of the texture in a “normal” slope…. Just to make letterhead, visit card, etc.. Thanks for your precious help ! :-)”

You replied with to it “email-sent”. Can you sen me the same e-mail explaining how to do that?

There are lots of people in the comments asking for this, so maybe you can provide this feature.
Thanks.

I’ll buy the other one, but I’ll have to request a refund for this one, I couldn’t find in the item description that the logos can’t be modified to display the frontal view seamlessly.

I think it as a bit shady not to mention that the logos can’t be modified for the frontal view and disappointing not to see it mentioned. 99% percent of people don’t read comments to learn about the features of the items – they go to item description. If I knew it was not possible to modify I would simply not buy it. So honestly – I feel kinda I was not given all the information I needed to make my decision and that doesn’t seem fair at all.

Hello again Ellos,

Above all, I’m sorry for the inconvenience but, as you know, I have to insist that, unless otherwise stated, all Logo Mockups (here in Graphicriver and out there) are always sold “as they are” because that’s the standard procedure. For example, if I buy a Sidewise laptop Mock-up I don’t expect to get the frontal picture of this laptop, I just get the views shown in the preview.

In our case, the product description says that this Set contains 10 Photorealistic Mock-ups and that’s exactly what you get. Besides, as you can see, I don’t include just a small demo of this product (showing just 4 or 5 of them), I show the 10 Mock-ups in the Preview and, even I’m not obligated to, I also add a “tested with real logos” to show you clearly how a real logo would look like. No tricks.

I don’t want to mislead any of my customers and, for that reason, I’m always opened to answer any doubt regarding any of my files before, during and after purchase it. So, once more I’m very sorry for the inconvenience but, as you can check, all the information is just there, in open, and I’m on the other side to answer any doubt because I’m the main interested person in make my customers happy with my products.

And I insist, if I can help you in any other issue please feel free to ask.

Kind regards, Ricard

Thanks a lot!

Hello elaminey,

First of all, thank you very much for your purchase and, regarding your question, please take into account that, unless otherwise stated, all Logo Mockups (here in Graphicriver and out there) are sold as they are and like their previews show.

All lights, shadows, effects, filters and textures has been created and designed to run properly in the concrete and particular angle of each one, and that means there is no possible to modify or rise up the Mock-ups because, to obtain a different view, it would be necessary to rebuild all Mock-ups from 0, with different shadows, lights, filters, etc…

I really hope it’s not a big inconvenience for you, many thanks for your comprehension.

Best regards, Ricard

It is not a issue if the effect is not perfect as the preview. Is there a way/tutorial I can use your Mockup on a flyer or business card? I have PS CS6 :)

Thank you for your Time Ricard, really appreciate it ;)

Hello elaminey,

Unfortunately, there is not a way or tutorial to do that. Please take in mind that all these Mock-ups work “as they are”, they have been created to offer an approximate picture about how a logo/badge/label would look like if they were printed over these specific surfaces.

But, in any case, you can NOT extract and combine these effects with your own business cards or flyer because, if you try to modify the background, some important effects like shadows, lights and some textures, could be affected and I can’t guarantee a proper result.

The only way to “apply” these mock-up effects over another background is rebuild the entire set from “0”, considering the specific light, angle, textures and particular characteristics of that new specific surface, background, flyer or business card.

For example, attending similar requests, I created a new set from 0 trying to represent some of these Mock-ups but in straight view (you can find this Set 3 announced at the end of this item description).

However, you must keep in mind that they are still Mock-ups sold “as they are”, which means it won’t be possible to change their background or “extract” the effect to apply it over another picture or surface different from the original, like your own business cards, flyers, etc… or use them for any other different purpose which they were created for.

Many thanks for your comprehension.

Much appreciated marinadpeachey ;)
