How can I lower the shadow intensity on the front. It seems to be too high for me and makes the box too dark.

Is it working or not ? Please lemme know guyz. The last few comments are stopping me from purchasing. Why hasn’t support team not answered the questions which are of 2 months old? and that too, who are purchased, did not get support! It’s really something which is stopping.

If you need assistance, graphicriver can provide you with excellent technical assistance. If you are not satisfied with the items in my portfolio, by all means speak with their customer service and request for a refund if it’s possible. As for this photoshop action, it is not tested in CS5 and above. I haven’t tried it in CS5 or CS6 , this was originally built for CS2 , CS3 and CS4 .

Mhh, I bought it but I have Photoshop CS5 .1 for Mac and it doesn’t work. Action stops because “The object “layer “3d box”” is not currently available.”

I didn’t try it yet, the comments for sure look promising. What if the boxes I orginally designed aren’t as wide and as tall as the template you provide, is there anyway to adjust it?
This did not work in Photoshop CS5 . It gets all the way to the end of the action and it says “document 3d box cannot be found do you want to continue?” So, the action will run successfully, but you never get the outputted image. After this, the template reverts back to its 2D self. So, be warned, if you have Photoshop CS5 , then this product is not for you!
Copy the action file to
[Photoshop Directory] > Presets > Actions
BTW : This File is ** AWESOME !

Thanks for purchasing this item. You should use the templates included with the package. But about the document size, it should be 3000×3000 300dpi.
