Note: You need Photoshop Extended to use this action (but the version for other versions of PS is being developed and coming soon). To see if you have it, go to Photoshop / About. Run any video through this file for a cool, unique effect, commonly seen in website headers, backgrounds, etc. It works with videos or photos. You can export videos as .gifs (Cinemagraphs) or regular videos (or stills). This is a library of 7 Vintage TV Sets that play any video in full 1920×1080 straight from your Photoshop. This file will make your video old, black and white, with those recognizable horizontal lines across.

You can even apply (or remove) few old color effects we’ve added. You just have to insert your video.

Note: If exporting as Cinemagraphs and other .gif’s, you don’t want your video to be longer than a few seconds. You just have to move the right “selection” bracket (that specifies the length of video) In the timeline and it will only render that, selected area (see the .doc file included in the download). you can also move both brackets to specify start and end of your desired video length.

Use it in PHOTOSHOP with NO OTHER SOFTWARE NEEDED!

TIP: If you want to share with the world and upload your animated .gifs to Facebook, then you’d want to upload them to 3rd party services first, that will enable you to share your work on all social media. It’s very easy, and free to do so.
