You can't adjust the size of the template before you open it. You should be able to adjust the document setup to the page size before it opens. Once you open it and correct the page size you have to manually adjust everything. I'm not a pro at inDesign and this is a waste of a purchase. I would not have purchased this if I would have known what is involved in resizing the template.
